Need pricing advice

I'm considering selling my beloved IIgs Woz edition (purchased 6/87, 4meg
Chinook Ram card, 9mhz accelerator, standard GS monitor, 3.5 drive).  What
would be a reasonable price to ask for this system? 

I also have my trusty //e, Applecolor 100 monitor, 128K memory/80 column
card, duodisk, 10meg SIDER w/Prodos ROM (still have original SIDER Roms
and all manuals). What might be a fair price for this system?

I'm having real anxiety pangs about selling my beloved II equipment but
its been in my mother-in-law's attic for a year now and I'd rather see
somebody get good use out of it. I went over to the Power Macintosh camp a
couple of years ago and just find myself staying there for the future.

One last question to my Apple II brothers and sisters. How does Apple II
commerce work on the internet? Does one ship the equipment before
receiving the money or do you get the check first and then send the
merchandise?
