Without the software which came with the Thunderclock, I THINK you can
simply set the time by using a ProDOS time setting utility (such as on
the ProDOS system disk)..

Now don't go running off just yet... there's more!

Two things. First, the batteries. If they're Energizer batteries, it's
quite possible that they're the original batteries. The best way to
check if the batteries are any good is to read the time several times in
a row (create several files in ProDOS or something like that).. if the
time is SUN 1900 or such 'junk', batteries are dead. These batteries are
'Size N', and Radio Shack has these (23-023)

Second, there are TWO DIP SWITCHES on the board. These switches are in
a single package, but they basically lock the time/date setting so that
a dumb program doesn't screw with your clock. The board should be
printed to show you which direction they need to be pushed to
'unprotect' the time setting.

  Hope this works..
