Help?: pfs-->AplWks
Greetings,
I'm trying to find a way to read pfs:write data into AppleWorks. I have
several pfs data disks that I think (hope?) are still OK, although the
program disk (and backup) both crash after loading. I tried reading them
into AW (and with CopyII+, but was told the disk couldn't be read. I've
been led to understand that this is because pfs is Pascal-based, while the
others are ProDOS-based.
So, can anyone advise me on how to read these files so I can copy them to
a ProDOS disk?
[This is actually for the ubiquitous "friend", a IIe person who isn't
online; if I have to d/l a program, will I be able to do it with a Mac? (I
can see A2 files and read data from them; I've never had occasion to try
to transfer A2 programs through the Mac.)]
Many thanks for any help you can offer.
