First, this is answered in the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ) at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html
section 5.7 "How do I read/write files from other platforms with an
Apple II?" Secondly, ground's organization is so poor that unless
someone tells you where to look, you're likely not to find what you're
looking for.
Basically, if these are HFS disks (not the really old MFS), you
should be able to use either a2fx or hfslink. As noted in the FAQ, these
are at:
ftp://apple2.archive.umich.edu apple2/8bit/util/a2fx.8.bsq
ftp://apple2.archive.umich.edu/apple2/8bit/util/hfslink.b3.bsq
