I'm pretty sure that the original /// came out in 1980, with the
corrected version (still called an Apple ///) in 1981. The ///+ was
much later, about 1983, and was noticeably different (though I've never
seen one). The entire product line was discontinued about the time the
Apple //c was released (early 1984).
