Are they 1 x 9 with 9 actual chips on them, or three chips?
3 Chips do not work. Are all the jumpers now toward the front of the computer?
You can't use some brands of memory in the IIgs either, that being a good
portion of the SIMMs made for insertion into a PC and having 9 chip SIMMs
is a good chance of that. Get Mac SIMMs instead if there is a doubt. 8
Chip Mac SIMMs, not 2 chip types.
