     Amelio's exit is a favorable sign. Apple may be about ready to try 
playing its 'II Card'.

     If not; if October and November sail by without at least a strong 
rumor of a "New II", then, okay. But, why settle for Apple II rights? 
Check out a decent swap meet and look for Apple, Inc! (Only problem ... 
if your cash is low you may have to pass up a good deal on a 
MockingBoard.)
