   Yes. Puts a fairly lackluster (Oak) VGA chipset on a board, and
attempts to emulate most GS video modes thru it. Useful mostly to
connect a VGA monitor directly to a GS; some find the bolder IBM font
more readable for text output, so it may be appealing for that.  See
