Apple2 disk card ??

Hello ,
I am looking a persons who could have old disk controller card where is 13
sector proms or have software named " Boot13"  which we can boot old Apple
II europlus first and then we can put 16 sector program to drive.
We have only new proms P5 and P6 to that card.
I am very happy if somebody could inform me where I can get that software
or proms !
I have asked in here Finland in Apple but they have no answer .
