I'm not sure if you received any answers, my newsfeed is pretty bad.
I have a copy of pfs:write but my //e has been enhanced so many of
pfs:write's prompts display as mousetext and aren't legible but I
think I muddled through it enough anyway.  After making menu selections,
or choosing any options, I think, you have to press Control C rather
than return.

So the short of it is: boot the pfs:write disk, if you have two disk
drives place your data disk in the other, enter 4 at the main menu,
then enter "Control C" and follow the prompts.  Enter ^C after each
succesive option choice.
