Concerning ][ Audio

Anybody heard/remember a guy named Milo Street?  I'm ordering some new 
converter hardware for my PC, and one of the brochures talks about this 
guy and basically says "You may remember Milo - He made the Apple II 
talk, now he makes Pentiums sing."  heheh first off, that any cutting 
edge modern day company is actually COOL enough to say this in an ad is 
#1 in my book.  So, who is Milo, and what did he do for the II?
