disk images <-> Apple II

Hello,

which Apple II programs are capable of copying 5.25 disks to/from .DSK
disk image files?
I want to copy some of my 5.25 disks to DSK files for use with an
emulator, and I also like to go the other way... creating 5.25 disks from
DSK files. For transfer of the DSK files to/from my IIgs, I want to copy
them onto 800 K disks...
AFAIK, a version of Copy ][+ is able to do this job, but my own version
(8.3) is not. Are there any other programs around, preferably shareware
available in the Apple II archives?
