Help with ][e Ram Card . . .

-I just got (another) ][e, and it had a ram card in it.  Can someone
help
me identify it and find drivers/software for it?

It says in big letters 'BIG BOARD', further to the right it says 'SSD
DM-1000' and to the left it says
'(c) 1985 ADON corp'

I do know it is a 1Meg ram card, it has sockets for 4 banks of ram.  1
bank is filled with 256k Drams.

Near the top right is a 4 pin connector (header) with a jumper across
the 2 middle pins.

Anyone know anything about this one?
