I always do it by booting the DOS 3.3 System Master disk and typing INT.
Important note: If you use the original (1980) DOS 3.3 System Master, you
*must* make sure the system is in 40-column mode, with the blinking
checkerboard cursor, before you switch into Integer. Once you're in
Integer, you can type PR#3, and after that it's safe to switch BASICs in
any screen mode.
This restriction does not exist if you boot from a newer System Master (1983
or later, with the file LOADER.OBJ0).
