  They are an excellent source of old Apple II hardware and software. 
They sell AppleWorks 4.3 for about $100, but I am sure that they could
dig you up a copy of version 3.0 if you explain your situation.

  By the way, they also have brand-new copies of Pacman, Defender,
Donkey Kong, Joust, Galaxian, Ms Pacman, Battlezone, Dig Dug and
others.  They also have legal copies of the Apple II System Software and
various "Intro to the Apple II" demos.
