   ProDOS 8 since about version 1.1 has required 64K of RAM. Not as
many software programs written since about 1986 check for the rather
rarer condition of 48K & ProDOS <v1.1. I'd either recommend staying
with DOS 3.x stuff or finding some 16K language cards.
