Actually, Shareware Solutions II was the first of the current crop of Apple
II newsletters that informed the public of how many subscribers it had.

Telecons? Hmmm...all I seem to remember of those "telecons" was me hanging
up on you.

Do my eyes deceive me? Was that really written by someone with multiple
Doctorate degrees? If so, his research methodology must be a little rusty.
After all, even a doctoral candidate would know that hearsay and
rumors are not valid criteria when conducting research.

You _do_ have several Doctorate degrees, don't you?

You've heard the old adage: "You can give a man a fish, and he'll eat today;
or you can teach a man to fish, and he'll eat forever."

Well, I think I would be doing you much more of a favor by helping you to
re-hone and re-sharpen your research skills. So, here's a small fact to help
you start...

The publisher of Shareware Solutions II has stated in print what those
numbers currently are.

Your research assignment, should you to choose to accept it, is to locate
the quote in print made by the publisher of Shareware Solutions II
concerning the number of subscribers.

That should be relatively easy to find for a guy with multiple doctorate
degrees.
