The ADB chip on the motherboard is a bit flakey and temperature
sensitive, especially in earlier GSs, giving the 911 error. Some claim
that's due to the ADB chip being too cold, others too hot. You may
want to open up your GS and dust off any crud around the ADB
chip. Also, you may want to "preheat" your GS by turning it on for
10-15 minutes and then trying to boot once temperatures have
stabilized.
