$60 huh? The Apple dealer where I got my IIgs way back when used to have
"garage sales" where they sold off old stuff. At one of 'em they had a
whole stack of HS SCSI cards for $20 each. Silly me only bought one instead
of every one they had.
Other "garage sale" finds from there:
//e -> IIgs upgrade kit minus logic board: $1
beige key //c upgraded with memory expandable logic board with 512K card
installed: $25
workstation cards new in box still shrinkwrapped: $25
IW II network cards: $10
video overlay card: $50
old manuals: $1 each
I'm sure there were more but those are the most memorable.
