I noticed LordHighGiffer recognizes animated GIF's, but only allows
you display one frame at a time by clicking the mouse after each part
is displayed. Mind you, this doesn't really help you since LHG was never
released publically (someone might want to get in touch with Todd about
perhaps releasing it).
SuperConvert seems to know something about them (notice it mentions
an 'image count') but there doesn't seem to be a way to extract anything
but the first frame. Prism and Convert 3200 both do the same from what I
can tell, only dealing with the first frame.
