Interesting guess, but, probably, one of the older for-IIe cards mentioned
is a more likely candidate.
Flashboot definitely deserves more mention than it receives. It is a
program which allows a IIgs user to auto-load a System (from a specially
archived diskette or diskettes) to RAM disk and, then, boot the System.
Basically, it lets a user with lots of RAM and no hard disk obtain hard
disk-like performance from his/her GS.
