Has DavidElls ever posted the ApplePC source?  I went looking for it
when I
started trying to put Mockingboard emulation in the Linux emulator and
could only
find binaries.  I'm not having luck using the limited docs I've got
(thanx Jeff
aka Rubywand@aol.com), and could use an example.

Alternatively, does anyone know of source for an Apple ][ w/
Mockingboard emu
for any platform?
