  It is a Monitor ///, not the other way around.  And it's missing
it's screen mesh.

  When I was doing service many moons ago, so many monitors came in
with gunk built up on the glass under that black mesh.  But remove the
back,  remove the tube, and mesh screen.  Some spray cleaner or hot
soapy water and a brush and it was like a new monitor again.
