I think that ours came with the spiral bound Apple ][ Reference Manual,
Applesoft ][ Basic Programming Reference Manual, and Applesoft Tutorial. At
any rate, I still have all of these, and they're all in the same style and
from the same era, but I can't say for certain that they were specifically
in that box as opposed to purchased separately or included with peripherals.
Other manuals in the same format that I still have are the DOS 3.2 and 3.3
manuals, and the Apple ][ BASIC Programming Manual (Integer BASIC), but
those didn't come with that computer.
