May I suggest ProBOOT by Eric Shepherd? It's apparently a patch to
the ProDOS file on your boot disk allowing you to pull up a menu and
boot off any other disk/partition, etc. According to the csa2 FAQ,
section 4.1, ProBOOT is available at
ftp://apple2.caltech.edu/pub/apple2/addons/patches/proboot52.shk
