new delphi user needs some help please

I took the offer of joining the delphi online service to check out the
Apple ][ archives.  I used my Mac IIsi with Netscape v2.0.2 to access
Delphi and spent over an hour 
getting nowhere besides being able to read posts from others that seem to
be having no luck with locating the Apple ][ software archives.  What's up
with this online service Delphi.  It nothing like AOL or Genie.  It's just
not that user friendly for me.  Would somebody please give me some simple
method and steps to find the Apple ][ archives and download some ?  I
couldn't even find a way to get to my email on Delphi.

So far, I'm really not too pleased with the Delphi online service and any
of you that are Delphi members and could give me some help and pointers on
finding the Apple ][ software archives might keep me with Delphi after my
one month trial membership expires.  If I can't find an easy way to
navigate to where I want to go, why should I keep the trial membership ?

I tried the search for every possible keyword I could think of and had no
luck. I found no way to leave a message for help on Delphi either. It was
really slow responding with everything I selected.  I tried every option
icon and had no luck finding the Apple ][ software archives. 

How do you get to them from the Apple ][ forum area anyway ?
