First off, there is no way to get the GS to recognize //e slotted
cards as main ram. The AUX slot has the wrong number of pins; slot 1-7
RAM is accessed one byte at a time, with maximum speed sequentially, a
but a speed penalty for random access. Thus, programs have to be
specially written to use it as anything other than a ramdisk.
If you feel like a bit of soldering, you might be able to move 1MB
ram from one of the boards to the other (assuming these boards take
1MB chunks; if they're full of 256K*8 chips then this isn't possible).
