If you mean *GS ORIGINATING* .SEA files, you just launch them, or
open them with GS ShrinkIt.

they are self-extracting GS ShrinkIT files.  But if somehow the archive
is intact but no longer has the code to actually unshrink them (is that
reasonable?? I don't think so) you can open them with GS ShrinkIT or other
programs that handle the same types of archives, such as Balloon or yankit.



Side unrelated question -- I would appreciate a direct email answer (an dhave
set followups appropriately)..  Does anyone know how "getshk" detect whether
a shrinkit archive is all in a folder or if it needs a folder created for it?

Basically -- I would love for a getshk that *worked*.  The author (I don't
recall who it is) doesn't have his GS nor the source..  I would just love
to be able to unpack the tons of shk archives I have *automatically* and
have them all unpack to folders if necessary, or into the original folder
if it's an archived directory..

(an even bigger plus would be that if it detected that it was a disk archive,
it automatically moved the original archive to a *different* directory,
possibly on a different disk)

This way I could automatically just unarchivea all shrinkit archives,
letting hardpressed compress them in the meantime, and have disk archives
automatically put in a separate directory to keep them separate...


Any ideas?  Did getshk start with the yankit source?  I was thinking about
that a little, starting with that and then writing a few wrapper functions 
to quickly detect if something was a disk archive...


Any ideas would be appreciated..  if anyone else actually fixed getshk or
wrote something similar, that'd be great too.  (fixed meaning getshk returns 
errors much of the time, and it's some funky seemingly illogical error.)
