HELP! on MIDI

    I bought an Audio Animator Version 1.3 and the disk doesn't
seem to be working properly.
         It will not import sequences
         When I click on the "Time Signature" nothing happens.
         I can't get any sound out of the Sequencer at all.
         It will not record.
         No sound from the midi keyboard.

In the Control Panel:
   MIDI
    I have "CARD8530.MIDI" installed and chosen with slot 2.
   PORTS
    Slot 2 is set to "Your Card".
    The Sound Card is in slot 2
    I Shift Boot.
    My GS is a ROM 1, System 6.0.1, 4 megs of Ram, Syquest 135 HD.

    Is there a setting that I am overlooking or does this sound
like a bad Disk?? If it is the disk, if someone has a good working
one that is willing to repair mine, I could send my "original"
with paid postage.
