KoalaPad repair

I have this KoalaPad thing and would like to use it, but it dosen't work
right. I don't know if its the software or the pad itself I supect both.
The drawing surface seems to be slightly loose, or streched in areas.
Can any one help me out with where I could get a manual for repair,operation
etc.! or walk me through a repair. Can the drawing surface be replaced or
reworked (like with applying heat to shrink it back to workable condition?
Is there Software availble to download? Buy new? I really can put the thing to
good use if it worked.
