For a more recent example, you might check some recent episodes of
_The_Outer_Limits_.  I've seen IIc systems pop up in the background in one
or two episodes.  The one I can recall offhand is the one with the guy who
keeps getting snatched away from Earth for ten years at a time.  The show
starts in the early 50s; I think the computer showed up when he came back
in the 90s.
