Convert file from Quark Word Juggler

A good friend of mine who is now a published author
has written several earlier novels using
word processor software called Quark Word Juggler, version 2.7,
which runs on an Apple IIc.

Each chapter of those books is a separate Word
Juggler file.  Is there any way to convert
these files to something generic?

I have looked at the Word Juggler users manual.
It does not seem to have a command or utility for exporting
documents to text format.

She has purchased a product called Cross-Works
version 2.0 which moves data from Apple II's
to PC's.  It also converts data, but it does
not convert from Word Juggler.

Can anyone suggest any way we can recover these
files?  They are all on large floppies.
She still has the Word Juggler software
and an Apple IIc.
