Hints for using tables can be found on the SIS web site.  Select
"Spectrum Internet Suite Home" from the About menu to see the SIS home
page.  One of the links take you to a page which descibes how to
design pages for SIS.

tables off so the Browser display is compatibile with Lynx.

There is also purple and green in some cases (as long as you use Font size
3 bold or any size larger than 3).  See the HTML 3.2 standard to use color
in your HTML.  The aforementioned page off the SIS home site has links to
HTML 3.2 references.
