When GS/TCP is finished, it should be possible to connect a
IIgs to the InterNet. That's the good news.
The bad news is that GS/TCP does not appear to be finished
in the next time, so you will have to use a serial connection
to a Genie or Delphi shell account to cruise the Net.
Nobody knows when GS/TCP is going to be released, not even
Derek Taubert. You may check his www page at
http://www.geeks.org/~taubert/ for a first glance.
