How much RAM does your IIgs have?  If you have enough (1.25MB? 2MB?),
you can use GS/OS to read Mac disks (via GS/OS's HFS.FST translator
file).  If you have PC Exchange, DOS Mounter (one way to get the DOS
Mounter extension is by buying Mac Link Plus) or ProDOS File System
extensions on the Mac, you can just pop 3.5" disks from the IIgs into
your Mac.
