How does the "Rotate Left", "Rotate Right" feature under the EDIT MENU work
(or the open-Apple +<,> ) for that matter. When I access the Edit Menu the 
Rotate features are dimmed how are they activated? I tried the Lasso
whatchammmacallit but that didn't do squat. To me the manual is very unclear
on most every feature and requires a lot of trial and error to confirm 
the suspicions it alludes to. Can anyone give me a clue?
