I still have that cassette from my youth, and generated many a happy blister
from it (those early black paddles were brutal). I'm gonna try to LOAD it!
There's a program listing for BREAKOUT in the "Red Book," aka Apple II
Reference Manual January 1978, on page 12. PDF's of this are readily
available if you search for it. No credits are given in the listing (though
I wouldn't be surprised if the listing deviated slightly from what's on the
tape, as was often the case).
