Passport Desgins MIDI interface, anyone?

I'm trying to find some info on this interface card. Is it very rare (as
in unobtainium) or would there still be a chance to get one these days?

I'd like trying to hook up the venerable Roland MT-32 to my //e, and
this interface seems to offer a way of doing that, plus it seems like it
is compatible with Ultima V (and maybe more games than that?)

The little I found online was mostly about a an interface of the same
name for the Commodore 64, but it seems clear that an Apple II version
existed. I failed to turn up as much as a picture of its PCB, however.
This would suggest either rarity or forgettableness...

Programming info is also appreciated, maybe if a real interface can't be
obtained, I can still add a simple pass-through into an emulator (one
more project on the ever-growing list of Sounds-Like-A-Fun-Idea things...)
