Problems with FPE

I have this GS with Transwarp AND a floating point engine. The fpe is in
slot 3, and I put the SANE.INIT.3 in the system.setup folder. But I
don't get the "FPE Toolset V1.0S3" message at startup.
Is there something wrong? Is there some stuff that makes the fpe not to
work?
