I opened the case and took a look at the cards inside the case and itlooks to me like the 1080 is wired like so:

Pin 1 & 2 Gnd
Pin 3 Red
Pin 4 Green
Pin 5 Blue
Pin 7 Composite Sync
Pin 8 Horiz Sync
Pin 9 Vertical Sync

So the 1080 D-Sub 9 port is wired the same as the 1084
