Imagewriter to PC cablescheme WANTED!

I've read it's possible to use my Imagewiter II from windows.
I've found the proper C-Itoh driver, but it seems I can't set up the 
cable!
  I have an apple //c currently connected to the Imagewriter II, it's
hooked using a male 8-pin mini circular connector (imagewrite side) to
a male DIN-5 connector (//c side). I was hoping to create a cable
extension by using a female DIN-5 connector to a female DB-25 connector,
so that I can hook it up to COM2 on my PC. Anyone got any ideas about
the cable schematics? or at least any possible pinouts? (I have the
printer user's manual, but it ain't saying much).
