Yes! I got one last weekend and I'm quite pleased. As I mentioned
in my previous post, the internal is a joy: full range of SCSI IDs,
easy to install, and works perfectly. And yes, the drive has a
standard 50-pin SCSI header for connecting it up, and termination
is selected with a jumper -- no resistors to pull. The drive itself
is the same size as a small PC 3.5" floppy drive, but comes pre-
mounted in a 5.25" bracket so it'll be easy to put in a multi-drive
case.

Other good things are: no ID restrictions, no suspect SCSI cables,
no more external boxes.
And, if you know someone in need of a basic PC SCSI card, you can
offset your costs by selling the card that comes with it (or make
someone happy by giving them a little present :-) ).
One thing to be aware of, however, is that the Zip disk that comes
with the internal has only the DOS/Windows software on it, not the
Mac stuff that comes with the external. This might be of some
interest if you want to use your drive tower on other machines at
times. This problem is easily solved, however. The Mac driver and
Tools program can be downloaded from Iomega's web site.
