You can try adjusting your drive speed ... I would. It might still be 
a readable disk, I've been that lucky before. Apple II drives have 
a speed adjustment hole usually on the underside. If you can see
the drive insides (involves removing case cover) there is a 
strobe sticker on the drive wheel to set the speed back perfect.
I would try a little faster I think that was clockwise.

When you go to set speed back watch the strobe, if you have a desk
light positioned just so you can see the pattern spin forward or
backward depending on direction adjusted. Object is to make it
stand still.
