My New AppleIIe :)

Hi all
I just purchased my AppleIIe and am very happy with it so far. I would
like some advice tho. How can I download software of the Internet
(whoops on my IBM sorry :)) and get it to my Apple?? I have been
cruising the internet and there is a ton of free software out there for
an Apple that I would love to get my hands on :) . My Apple also came
with 5 differant cards some I know what they are for and these two I
don't.      large card with Superexpander E      S/N 204299
             (is this card better than the 80/64 K expansion card I'm
useing now? )
    
 also unidentified  Slotware by Microteck  RV611 with 26 pin connector 
                     in slot 6.
