Perry, what IS your problem? I don't recall you posting anything
else except to flame me.
I only reposted that article because someone requested it. I noticed
that you conveniently left that out of your quote. There is no need
to explode.

I only claim to know what I know. I don't claim to know everything.

Why are you trying to provoke me? Could it be that YOU are the
one trying to start a flame war? I do not see the problem with
posting ones own experiences. If I'm wrong, then I'll pick up
the correct history as I go along.

WHERE did I proclaim that? I just posted what I knew. If you
thought I was wrong, you could have posted the correct version.
There is no need to lace your replies with personal attacks.

I never said I knew all the facts. It sure sounds like you are
mad, though.

Perry, when I did bring in Commodore machines, I related them to
Apple II computers. If you are going to talk about how Apple
trashed the GS, you pretty much have to compare it to their
treatment of the Mac. When you compare the Mac and the GS,
it is perfectly valid to bring the Amiga into the picture in order
to compare the merits of each machine.
Also, when you discuss the Ensoniq, it is perfectly valid to
bring in the C64 and its SID chip because the designers of the
SID went on and founded Ensoniq, which made the 32-oscillator
Ensoniq DOC wavetable synthesis chip in the GS.
If you read the two post which I talked about Commodore computers,
you will find that I related them to the Apple II.
However, I am not going to respond to your flames anymore.
