WTB: db-19 connectors

Does anyone know of ANY SOURCE for db-19 connectors, either male or 
female?  These are the connectors used on Apple II disk drives.

None of the standard suppliers: Jameco, Digi-Key, MCM) offer db-19 plugs 
or sockets.

I subscribe to the trade journal, CONNECTOR SPECIFIER, and it appears 
that none of the manufacturers makes db-19!

Help!   Advice appreciated.
