You get your choice of tin or gold (recommended) plating and length.Just remember that the ZIP and TWGS cables are wired differently. Make sure you are getting the right one.Is that true? For some reason, I recall being able to switch from the TWGS to ZipGS by simply switching the cards and leaving the cable inserted into the CPU socket. But, early senility may be setting in.Bill Garber sent me e-mail privately to point out a difference in terms of the way Reactive Micro builds their TWGS cables. However, their mirror-imaging of the wiring by twisting pairs seems to have been a design choice. My stock AE TWGS does not have this twist. Can anyone shed further light on the issues involved? Steve
Steve, On the original cables, the twist is in the plug. There are plugs with alternating pins with a differrent part number, however, it is cheaper to just twist the wires than to purchase the custom plugs. 8^) Bill
