This version fixes the % bug (i.e. certain quotes have '%' embedded
and fortune would truncate at that point).  Fortune now correctly
checks for % on a line by itself.

Also, for when the time comes when someone actually gets to the END
of the fortunes file (in 30 years or so), fortune now correctly
repositions the displacement pointer back to the beginning of the
file.

Still to do:

	1) Make displacement into a resource fork, rather than
	a separate file (as it is now).
	2) Make quote selection completely random and thus
	remove the necessity of a displacement file.  This is
	more difficult than it seems.

Anyways, it's Shrunk and BinSCIIed, waiting for y'all on
comp.binaries.apple2.
