Need boot software for Z80 Applicard card please

Gday All,

	I've recently been given an Appli-card SN28282 Bootstrap V9.0 Z80 
card that I'd like to try to get up and running on my IIGS (ROM1 or 3). 
I'd like to see what Z80 stuff was like.

Anyone know where I could find/get the boot software for it, or, failing 
that, anyone able to shrink, BINScii and email me the said boot ware??? 
I'd really appreciate it!

Also, where would I find some sotware that would run on the card?
