Somewhere along the line a device got mapped to slot 1.  AW v3.0
will no longer print when that happens.  There are a few choices:
Remove or remap some devices.  There is a patch available, I can't
tell you where to find it but I have a copy of it somewhere, if you
want, send me email and I'll dig it up and send it to you.  Best choice
of all is to upgrade to AW v5.1.  Much nicer and it doesn't care what is
mapped to slot 1.
